A hearing will take place on Oct. 25th to discuss legislation that has been introduced in Massachusetts that would provide low GHG emitting vehicles up to a 10% rebate off the MSRP. The program would be financed by a surcharge assessed to high GHG emitting vehicles. For more information on the legislation, click here.
