The Florida DEP has posted draft rule language at http://www.dep.state.fl.us/air/rules/ghg/california.htm. DEP staff will brief the Environmental Regulation Commission (ERC) on this project at its August 28 meeting. The DEP expects to publish final proposed rule language in late August for approval by the ERC at a subsequent rule adoption hearing, tentatively September 25.
