CARB will consider amendments to the OBD II and HD OBD regulations to update the diesel monitoring requirements, to make some requirements consistent between the OBD II and HD OBD regulations, and to clarify and improve the regulation at a Board hearing scheduled for May 28, 2009 in Sacramento, CA.
