Beginning with the 2012 model year, CARB proposes that PCs, LDTs and MDVs ≤10,000 lbs. GVWR comply with new paint and glazing standards designed to reduce the solar load on the vehicle. CARB will hold a workshop to discuss its latest draft regulation on March 12, 2009 in El Monte.
