On February 26, 2009, CARB will hold a public meeting in to discuss progress on the research contract titled "Potential Design, Implementation, and Benefits of a Feebate Program for New Passenger Vehicles in California." The meeting will take place at the CalEPA Headquarters Building, Sierra Hearing Room on Thursday, February 26, 2009 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
