On August 7, 2008, CARB published MAC 2008-02 which clarifies emission warranty information reporting regulations for 2010 and later MY PCs, LDTs, MDVs, MDEs, HDVs, HDEs, and motorcycles. It also provides guidelines allowing manufacturers to opt-in early to the requirements of Title 13, CCR, Section 2167, which became effective on Jan. 4, 2008.
