On July 16, 2008, CARB held a public workshop to discuss proposed modifications to the existing exhaust & evaporative test procedures for Light Duty & Medium Duty Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) to better characterize emissions from all types and architectures of Hybrid Electric Vehicles including Plug-In hybrids. The proposed modifications along with the presentation given by CARB staff at yesterday’s workshop are available online at http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/zevprog/hevtest/hevtest.htm.
