On April 16, 2008, the ARB posted an Errata to the Second 15-Day Notice of Modified Text and Availability of Additional Documents and Information for the Proposed Amendments to the Emission Control and Smog Index Labels Regulations. The comment period for this notice was extended to May 1, 2008 in order to propose two minor additional regulatory changes in calculating Air Conditioning (A/C) credits to properly subtract the credits earned from the default values given.
