On February 7, 2008, CARB issued guidance letter MSO 08 – 02 regarding certification of highway motorcycle engines. This CARB document is related to guidance issued in 2006 by the US EPA (see CISD-06-15 - Certification Procedures for Highway Motorcycle Engines).
